These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Desertica website and any booking channel we operate, and your participation in any Desertica desert driving course or self-driven event (together, the "Services").
By browsing this website, making a booking, or attending a course or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including the assumption of risk and liability provisions below. If you are booking on behalf of another person, including a passenger or family member, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

To participate you must have:
Every Desertica course and event includes recovery equipment — air compressor, recovery rope/strap, and radio — as standard. If you're driving your own vehicle, you only need to bring the vehicle itself with a full tank of fuel.
Desert driving and off-road activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle rollover, collision, becoming stuck, extreme heat, uneven or unstable terrain, and mechanical failure. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.
Desertica's intention is that it bears no responsibility for injury, death, or damage to a participant's person, vehicle, or property arising from a course or event. Each participant assumes full personal responsibility for such outcomes.
In addition to accepting these Terms, every participant must acknowledge this waiver and release as part of the booking process, confirming this assumption of responsibility, before participating in a course or event.
Participants agree to cover the full cost of any damage they cause to Desertica vehicles or equipment, whether through their own vehicle, misuse, reckless conduct, or failure to follow instructions.
Desertica maintains insurance appropriate to its operations, but this does not replace your own responsibility to hold adequate personal and vehicle insurance covering off-road/desert activities.
Desertica may photograph or film courses and events for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing in advance that you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
Subject to the waiver section above, Desertica's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or event. Desertica is not liable for indirect losses such as travel costs or loss of enjoyment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
