How Booking Works
- Book through the website, WhatsApp, or email.
- Your place is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place, unless agreed otherwise.
If You Need to Cancel
- More than 72 hours before your session: full credit toward another session.
- Between 48 and 72 hours before: 80% credit toward another session (20% administration fee applies).
- Less than 48 hours before, or a no-show: no refund and no credit.
- Arriving with a vehicle that isn't in safe, working condition counts as a no-show — no refund or credit.
- Credit is applied toward a future session — cancellations are not refunded as cash.
Need to reschedule instead of cancel? Just let us know — we'll do our best to find you another date, subject to availability.
If We Need to Cancel
Desert conditions come first. If we cancel or postpone a session — due to weather, unsafe conditions, low numbers, or instructor availability — you'll get a full refund or an alternative date, whichever you prefer.
